To be Loyal and Honest to clients and keep their interests first and foremost in all dealings;
To act with Integrity, abiding by the Realtor's strict code of ethics at all times;
To provide Full Disclosure of all material facts when answering questions about a property;
To give my complete Commitment in assisting clients with buying and selling their home and in acting professionally throughout the real estate transaction.

I further pledge to follow Kentucky Real Estate Law regarding submission of offers, regardless of the price plan you choose for the sale of your home. This law, 201 KAR 11:045, states:

When entering into a written agreement to provide real estate services, at a minimum the licensee shall:

1. Accept and deliver all written offers to purchase or lease to his principal, client, or customer without delay;
2. Accept all earnest money deposits that are presented to the licensee by other licensees;
3. Assist his principal, client, or customer in developing, communicating, negotiating and presenting offers and counteroffers until a lease-to-purchase agreement is signed and all contingencies are satisfied or waived;
4. Answer questions from his or her principal, client, or customer that relates to offers, counteroffers, notices, and contingencies that relate to the transaction;
5. When representing buyers, present all written offers to the owner or to the licensee who has entered into a written contract to represent the owner-client or customer.
