Custom Select Realty was founded by veteran real estate professional Rob Sightler, who recognized the need for a small, resourceful agency, fully dedicated to personalized service—one that offers the home seller more freedom of choice in the services used, and more flexibility in selecting and paying for those services. It was this vision that led to forming Custom Select Realty, where sellers select the services they want to use, and fee schedules are based on the number and kind of services used.

A licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor, Rob Sightler understands the importance of giving the customer one-on-one service guided by loyalty and total professionalism. He is a specialist in listing of re-sell homes and new construction, and provides all the necessary tools to move properties quickly. An experienced negotiator, he is skilled at getting the best deals for his clients.

Rob is a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, and is HUD certified, which allows him access to all homes listed in Kentucky for showings at the client's convenience.
